OMG!!I totally get it. Most of my adult life I ate crap. Till I hit 42 and all of a sudden that wasn’t working for me anymore. I couldn’t figure out what the heck was going on.
Before starting this journey, I was always tired no matter how much sleep I got. I drank Pepsi all day to try and stay awake, only to find it hard to sleep at night. I was bloated and constipated all the time. I was not happy with myself and knew I needed a change.
I was married for a year, raising 3 active teenage boys and working 50 hours a week.I was happy and content but, not with my body.So, my husband suggested we needed to “lose a few pounds” and eat better.Ok, I am in.Two weeks later a workout program with a meal plan showed up on our doorstep. This program changed my life. Like SERIOUSLY! For 60 days we worked our asses off. Once I finished the program I felt proud. I was confident and was hooked on the healthy life style.

So for the last 6 years I have compiled my knowledge of meal planning/prepping and working out into an easy 30 day step by step program that will get you results and help you live a BADASS healthy life.This program is designed to help you understand and apply meal planning/prepping to YOUR life.I focus a lot on this because it seems to be a big issue with most of my clients.Shifting your mindset, changing your eating habits, and focus on doable workouts that will get you results.

I feel this first meeting is important to get to know you and your needs. We will discuss meal planning, prepping and portion control along with meditation. You will get questions answered and have a clear picture of where you are going with this program. You will get to meet others who are taking the program with you and get an accountability partner. Figuring out what you say and how you say it to yourself can and will effects your results. Understand and practicing meditation on a deeper level and not letting it stress you out. Learning what Mantras are and how they will help you boost your results. Last but, not least taking a look in the mirror and getting serious with yourself. Digging deep and knowing you want this more than anything else you have tried to do and doing it in Love.

Knowing that keeping your mind, body and Soul strong will bring you much success. It all has to be balanced. Always be proud of yourself and always be grateful practicing these can up your result game. Love, Love Love your Badass self. Period. Know your not broken but, understand how Personal Development can change your health and your life. Seriously! We must always grow to be successful.

Have you lost weight that you need to change your intake? Have you gained or plateaued and not sure what is up?
