I was thinking about ways to help you understand how beneficial working out and healthy eating can be. I feel I say the same thing over and over and I just wanted to say something different. lol
So, I thought about how I have been feeling since putting on some weight. I am sluggish, tired all the time, negative thoughts that I couldn't seem to shake. I was feeling bad and body shaming myself. It wasn't like me. I was mad!! Mad at myself for putting back on the weight.
Now, fast forward to the last few weeks. My diet has been better, I started walking, and I have really been mindful of my thoughts.
I FEEL better. Physically and mentally. Making the simple adjustments that I needed to make has totally changed my out look on life. Once you start changing your body your mind follows. It can't help it's self!!
What I am trying to say is.... everything will change. Your body, your thoughts, your emotions.
It is a total package when you start changing your body and your health. Everything changes for the better. Don't you see that?
Think about your friends or people you have seen get healthy. They are so damn happy they get on your nerves!! BE THAT PERSON!! Make everyone around you want to be like you!!
Have you seen a fit person sad? UUUHHH NO!!
So, do yourself a favor and get healthy!!! Be happy and feel amazing!
