Meatloaf is one of the popular meals at my house. Believe it or not it can be health and YES good.
Change the meat and add a rack to the bottom of the pan and BAM! you have healthy meatloaf. You can add ground turkey or a very lean ground beef. The choice is up to you. Which ever one you choice know that you are making a wise decision to feed your family right without sacrificing flavor. This recipe is SO versatile.
Mix ketchup and honey together spread on top of the meatloaf evenly. Cover with aluminum foil to keep moist.
Preheat oven to 350 cook for 45 to 50 mins. Let stand 5 minutes then enjoy!!
